Foyer Transformation at Falcon Tower
First Impressions
At Interiors by AirDXB, we recently had the pleasure of transforming the foyer of Falcon Tower Dubai into a welcoming and stylish space. With a budget of 22,000 AED and a timeline of two and a half weeks, we embarked on a full furnishing project to breathe new life into the previously empty reception area.
First impressions are crucial, especially in a residential building where the foyer serves as the first point of contact for tenants and guests. Our redesign aimed to create a space that immediately conveys a sense of warmth and sophistication. The new foyer now sets the tone for the entire building, making residents feel welcomed from the moment they step inside.
Custom Touches and Thoughtful Design
One of the standout features of our redesign was the custom cushions we made for the round seating area. The blue cushions add a pop of color and comfort, making the space more inviting.
To bring a touch of nature indoors, we added real plants both inside and outside the foyer. These plants not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also create a refreshing atmosphere for residents and guests.
Creating a Cozy and Inviting Reception
We brightened the reception area with a large curved conversational sofa, paired with accent chairs and side tables. The addition of round carpets helped soften the look against the dark walls, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance.
The front desk received a significant makeover as well. Previously lime green, we wrapped it to make it more cohesive and modern, aligning it with the overall design theme.
Comfort and Functionality
Understanding the importance of comfort, we added various seating options for guests and residents. Whether they are waiting or working, they can now do so in a comfortable and stylish environment. We also changed the reception desk chairs to match the new interior, ensuring every detail was in harmony.
Our goal was to make the foyer of Falcon Tower Dubai a place where residents and guests feel comfortable and welcome. The thoughtful design and careful selection of furnishings have transformed the lobby into a space that is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing.
In just two and a half weeks we turned an empty reception into a vibrant and inviting area. The new lobby now stands as a testament to the power of thoughtful design and quality furnishings. We are proud of the transformation and look forward to creating more beautiful spaces that enhance the living experience for residents and guests alike.
