The client wanted to transform this studio apartment to make it brighter and more inviting, as they were planning to list it on the short-let market. It was dark and the finishings were dated which would not appeal to guests.

Our solution: we created an overall of theme of white, light greys & wood to create a brighter, contemporary feel, making the apartment seem more spacious. We wrapped the kitchen providing an instant uplift in a modern style. We also utilized SPC flooring in wood throughout the apartment which provides a layer of warmth, making the apartment more inviting to guests.
