Our client was looking to list this property on the short-let market and therefore needed professional furnishing services to ensure a guest-friendly space. Given the large size of the property, they wished to upsell this and create further space for maximum number of guests, offering a unique option for larger groups visiting the UAE.

Our solution: we furnished the property with the short-let goal in mind, bringing in space solutions such as a sofa bed into the living room, and a bedroom with 2 single beds which can be transformed into 1 large king bed, dependent on the need of the guest. The property can now host up to 10 guests comfortably.

Whilst structuring the space to make it practical, we also didn’t compromise on style. Neutral, warm tones kept the apartment bright and inviting, and a panelled feature wall added sophistication. The two balconies provided extra living space, where we featured a seating area & dining area.
